As part of the GE customer tour during the 2016 games, GE wanted to showcase their Global Research center in Rio de Janeiro. The expo had 4 different areas Transforming Rio, The GE Virtual Store, Canoe Spring and Billions Connected. Once guests explored these activities, they were encouraged to visit the different labs throughout the research center to learn more.
Project Touch Points include:
RFP International Vendors
Budget creation and tracking
Sourcing of vendors, staffing, etc.
Oversaw event schedule, onsite management, staff and equipment
Worked with Environmental designers for build and design of assets
