Delta

As part of a sponsorship with TED 2018, Delta held a mini conference that focused on the theme they brought to TED earlier in the year, Destination Tomorrow. It brought together 150 attendees from different departments in Delta for a day long event with workshops and speakers.

Project Touchpoints include:

• Liaison with Delta Flight Museum for advancing orders for heavy equipment, HVAC, Security etc.

• Created and managed Budget for project

• Oversaw venue research

• Oversaw RFP process

• Sourcing of vendors, staffing, etc.

• Oversaw build, onsite management, staff and equipment of space

• Managed union crews and vendors for build of space
