GE Olympics 2016

As part of the GE customer tour during the 2016 games, GE wanted to showcase what they were doing at their Global Research center in Rio. The expo had 4 different areas Transforming Rio, The GE Virtual Store, Canoe Spring and Billions Connected. Once guests were through these activities, they went around to the different labs throughout the research center to learn more.

Project Touchpoints include:

  • RFP International Vendors

  • Budget creation and tracking

  • Sourcing of vendors, staffing, etc.

  • Oversaw event schedule, onsite management, staff and equipment

  • Worked with Environmental designers for build and design of assets
