ASICS @ Governor's Ball, Bonnaroo & Lollapalooza 2019

In 2019, ASICS brought a freestanding wellness dome to Bonnaroo and a Freestanding experience at Governor’s Ball Music Festival and Lollapalooza Music Festival. The experience at Lollapalooza and Governor’s Ball included a social vending machine, Photo Booth, Claw machine, Sneaker cleaning and a custom artist designing shoes onsite for artists. At Bonnaroo ASICS activated in the campgrounds at the Plaza of Love. They had daily programming of yoga, meditation and strength classes for the campers to participate in the morning. ASICS also was a sponsor of the annual ROO run that takes place in the campground.

Project Touchpoints include:

• Liaison with festival for advancing orders for heavy equipment, HVAC, Security etc.

• Sourcing of vendors, staffing, etc.

• Oversaw build, onsite management, staff and equipment of space

• Managed union crews and vendors for build of space
